1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the OLLIN application and website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Service Description

OLLIN is a community management platform. The Service enables communities to communicate, organize, and manage their activities in one place.

3. Registration & Account

• Registration is available via email and password, phone number, or an external account (such as Google or Apple).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 where permitted by applicable law) to use the Service. Children cannot create accounts themselves. Children's data is managed exclusively by authorized adults.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service:

• Lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly.
• For community management purposes only.
• In accordance with community rules set by community administrators.

6. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise the system.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, threatening, offensive, or misleading.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or unauthorized commercial use.
• Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts.
• Disrupting service functionality or interfering with other users.

7. User Content

• You are responsible for content you upload, including intellectual property rights.
• By uploading content, you grant OLLIN a limited license to store, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Community Roles

Communities on OLLIN use a role system (admin, staff, member). Community administrators are responsible for managing members, setting rules, and overseeing content within their community. OLLIN is not responsible for decisions made by community administrators.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including design, logo, and OLLIN-created content, are reserved to OLLIN. User-generated content remains the property of the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" subject to applicable law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• OLLIN shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OLLIN harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, content you uploaded, or unlawful use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any court action, the parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. Notice of the dispute shall be sent in writing to the other party's email address.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be published in the app and on the website. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
